Dr Scott Mansfield
Dr Philip Smart is a Colorectal Surgeon with an interest in colonoscopy and bowel screening as well as Robotic surgery. He is the Head of Surgery at The Surgery Centre, Austin Health. He trained in General Surgery at Royal Melbourne Hospital, then completed an Epworth Colorectal Fellowship and MD with the late A/Prof. J Mackay followed by Fellowship in Colorectal surgery at the world renowned Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, USA.
